Accuracy of results are dependant on the quality and consistency of the samples we receive. The laboratory tests only a small portion of the seed from each sample. Since each sample may represent a much larger seed lot, it is very important that the sampling is done according to recognized standard sampling procedures in order to have lab results which are representative of the whole population.

For grading purposes an “officially recognized sample” must be accompanied by a sampler declaration form. A sampler declaration form may be submitted with each sample, or a generalized form with all your information can be provided which we will keep on file as long as you keep us updated of changes. If you address sampling forms in your QA manual, you are not required to send us your sampler declaration form.
